You receive a written estimate / proposal that explains the agreed scope and the major work included in your project.
Your Project Manager coordinates the job and keeps you updated throughout the remodel.
If the scope changes, we discuss the cost and timeline and document it with a written change order before additional work begins.
We focus on proper preparation, waterproofing, transitions, corners, niches, and the details that protect your finished bathroom.
Floors and adjacent areas are protected, dust and debris are controlled, and the work area is cleaned at the end of each workday.
After the in-home consultation, we prepare a written estimate outlining the agreed scope, major work included, allowances where applicable, and the next steps before construction begins. Plus, save $1,500 on a qualifying bathroom remodel when you book your free in-home design and planning session.
The Process
After we see the space, we prepare a written estimate / detailed proposal outlining the agreed scope and the major work included.
If a fixture or finish has not been selected yet, the proposal may include an allowance. We explain the amount upfront, and the final difference reflects the product you actually choose.
If you request a change after work begins, we discuss the impact on price and schedule first and document the change before the additional work is performed.
Some conditions can only be confirmed after demolition. If we uncover significant damage, we document what we found, explain the recommended repair and cost, and get your approval before additional work proceeds.
Most standard bathroom remodels take about 10–15 business days once construction begins. More complex projects can take longer depending on scope, materials, inspections, and existing conditions.
We review the bathroom, your goals, layout, and known issues.
You receive a written scope and estimate before construction starts.
We help coordinate tile, vanity, fixtures, colors, and other finish decisions.
Existing materials are removed and underlying conditions are evaluated.
Plumbing, electrical, framing, subfloor preparation, and wet-area waterproofing are completed as required.
Tile, vanity, fixtures, paint, trim, and finishing work come together.
We review the finished bathroom with you and address final details.

For shower and wet-area projects, we primarily use Schluter waterproofing systems, including components such as shower pans, waterproofing membranes, KERDI-BOARD, and KERDI-BAND where appropriate.
Subfloor / substrate correction and wet-area preparation.
Schluter components installed for the project conditions.
Water / flood testing when appropriate.
Tile, grout, transitions, fixtures, and final detailing.
Real feedback about workmanship, communication, cleanliness, timing, and how problems were handled — not just how the bathroom looked on the last day.
The more you understand before demolition, the fewer surprises there should be during construction.
